Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return Email simplysandydesigns@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items, gift cards, and items showing signs of wear are not eligible for return.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Please reach out to us to arrange an exchange.
